MEASURE YOUR FISH FLAT ON THE RULER AND SUBMIT THE FORK OF THE TAIL MEASUREMENT. DO NOT MEASURE YOUR FISH AT HOME. TAKE ENTRY PHOTOS ON THE MAD RIVER WATERSHED. DO NOT GUT OR ALTER YOUR FISH BEFORE MEASURING. MEASURE YOUR FISH IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION. TAKE MULTIPLE PHOTOS IF NEEDED. WE ENCOURAGE ANGLERS TO ALSO TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU HOLDING UP YOUR FISH.
